  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public/Government Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive shipping updates via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Timeline

We deliver across all serviceable locations in India.

  • Dispatch Time: Within 24 business hours after order confirmation.

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

Shipping Coverage

At present, SlumberOrtho ships only within India.

We currently do not offer international shipping.
