At SlumberOrtho, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Return & Refund Policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

Please read the policy below to understand the eligibility, process, and conditions for returns and refunds.

7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, clean, and in its original condition.

  • The product must not be damaged, stained, torn, dirty, or have any signs of misuse.

  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices (if applicable) must be included.

  • The product should be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined after inspection.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and quality reasons, returns may not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or washed.

  • The product is dirty, stained, damaged, or has an unpleasant odor.

  • The original packaging or accessories are missing.

  • The return request is made after 7 days from the delivery date.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product. Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate resolution.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact SlumberOrtho Customer Support by phone or email.

  2. Share your order number and reason for the return.

  3. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  4. After the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, your refund will be initiated.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer's provided bank account or UPI ID.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by SlumberOrtho, we will arrange or bear the return shipping cost where applicable.

For returns due to personal preference or other eligible reasons, return shipping charges may apply, depending on the case.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if your order meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
